Hilton Garden Inn Albany Airport

Very convenient very fast with the shuttle service to and from the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Did not meet one staff member there that wasn’t professional and very nice. Casey, who checked me in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. Will definitely stay there again.

Casey was amazing. She made everything wonderful her customer service was outstanding!!! Offering to do anything she can to make our stay there so comfortable. I absolutely appreciate all the accommodations she made for us from changing our room to offering to show us around and help with anything we needed thank you again!!!

I have never had a better experience at a hotel. Casey was an amazing receptionist, super attentive, and made me and my fiance feel absolutely at home. Noelle was an amazing waitress and gave us more than a few laughs. If I ever find myself back in Albany, I will not hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel was in a good location for our work. The staff was very nice but I didn't interact with them much. The rooms were old and plugs were were limited. They had a thermostat but one has to use the wall unit to change the temperature. The breakfast buffet was $15 and pretty limited. It's very convenient for patients at Albany Medical Center. The parking was free but limited in spaces. One exit was really difficult to approach and turn into.

We chose this specific hotel as it offered pet friendly lodging. Our overall experience was absolutely fantastic. As a professional in the housekeeping industry my standards are high when it comes to staying in hotels, this location checked all the boxes! Clean rooms with mini fridge/microwave/coffee in room. Ample towels & toiletries. Extra blankets upon request. Pool was open as advertised. Holiday decor & music in the lobby set the mood for our trip. On-site convenience store with snacks/drinks etc. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals & drinks at reasonable prices, with incredible cooks/wait staff. Our puppy was welcomed by staff and treated like a princess. The staff at this location were kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel & will book here again in the future!

I had an early morning flight out of Albany on January 3rd and was a guest at the hotel on January 2, 2026. Having traveled for many years, I've found that front desk personnel often provide an early indication of how your stay will be. In this instance, I'd have to give Casey at the front desk a rating of 10 on a scale of 5. While clearly not patronizing at all, she was incredible, both in terms of attitude, courtesy and friendliness. She was extremely helpful and very kind in her dealings with me and it truly gave me a good feeling that lasted for the duration of the stay. I will definitely make this my place to stay anytime I have early morning travel out of the Albany Airport.

Perfect for my needs. Every single staff member I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. Big room, plenty of work space. Only mild negative was weak water pressure in the shower, but not a big deal.

Stayed here a couple of times for stay and fly package. Staff have been very nice and helpful each time. Shuttle to airport was great. My new go-to hotel for Albany flights.
